User receives error 'Account is Disabled' or 'Password has expired'
Please click on the 'Forgot Password' link:
ServiceDispatch / ServiceClaims
- Enter your ServicePower username
- Click Reset password
This will then send a secure, one time link note containing a temporary account password to the e-mail address registered to the user account.
When updating to a new password, the temporary password received via e-mail should be entered into the 'Old Password' field.
If you do not receive an e-mail within 30 minutes, please check your e-mail provider spam folder.
If you still do not see any e-mail after checking your spam folder, please navigate to Support | ServicePower and submit a ticket.
